No. The Shopify subscription is paid directly to Shopify, separately from your build fee. This keeps a direct billing relationship between you and the platform, with full account control.

No. You pay one build fee, with no retainers and no recurring cost to Open Gate. Your only ongoing costs are the ones any store has: your Shopify plan and any third-party apps or domain you choose to use.

We specialize in high-conversion store setup and SEO optimization. Builds are launch-ready, but long-term marketing campaigns are a separate service from the initial build.

For store builds, we need four things: a valid email address (used to create your store), your niche (selected on the product page), a brand name (for example, PawNun Store) and your preferred design style. You fill these in before payment. Once your payment is complete, we receive your details and your project moves straight into the build phase. Ordering the Trading Course or another course? You can skip this form.

It depends on the package and scope. The timeframe listed on each offer page applies to that build, and you can choose Standard or Express development at checkout. Sending your project details promptly keeps everything on schedule.

Once your project starts, you receive a unique tracking ID. Enter it in the Client Dashboard to follow milestones and completion estimates in real time.

If you cancel before any work begins, you receive a full refund. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; if you withdraw while the build is in progress, a pro-rata charge applies for work already completed. Third-party costs are non-refundable.
